Airlie Beach Super Retail Centre

RM Developments' timelapse project was designed to capture the complete start-to-finish progress of the site's construction.

Dedicated cameras were mounted on the southeast corner of the project site, operating from Monday to Saturday, between 5:30 am and 5:00 pm. These cameras captured interval photos every 20 minutes, with daily uploads. This resulted in approximately 12,000 images and 406.64 GB of data over 3,266 hours.

A custom dashboard provided real-time updates for stakeholders, shareholders, and promotional use, with daily updates of images, galleries, and timelapse videos. The final product was a two-minute montage, showcasing the entire construction process, serving as both a visual record and a promotional tool.
